| 胡玮玮，女，安徽砀山人，1979年3月出生，浙江大学管理学博士，浙江工商大学稻盛商学院教授、数智管理系主任。 主要研究方向为：数智化人力资源管理、知识共享与创新。主持国家社科基金、教育部人文社科基金、浙江省自科基金、浙江省社科基金项目，作为核心成员参与国家社科重大、重点和国家自科项目。发表论文30余篇，数篇文章被检索收录及人大复印资料全文转载，学术专著获浙江省高校科研成果三等奖。主持省级优秀研究生课程《人力资源管理》、省级课程思政示范课程《企业国际化发展与管理》等，国家一流课程《人力资源管理》核心成员。教学案例曾获全国百优案例、浙江省优秀研究生教学案例，研究案例获中国企业管理案例与质性研究论坛(2023)最佳论文。曾获“MBA优秀论文导师”、“MBA卓越教师奖”等奖项，为物产中大集团、古茗科技、松下电器等多家企业提供人力资源管理咨询服务。 Hu Weiwei, holds a Ph.D. in Management from Zhejiang University. She is a professor at Inamori Business school ，Zhejiang Gongshang University. Her research focuses on digital and intelligent human resource management, knowledge sharing, and innovation.She has published over 30 papers in journals such as EJOR, Economic Modelling, and Science Research Management (Chinese). Her academic monograph received the Third Prize for Scientific Research Achievements in Higher Education Institutions of Zhejiang Province. She has also authored multiple research and teaching cases. She has led projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Fund, the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Zhejiang Provincial Social Science Foundation. Her taught courses include Human Resource Management and International Enterprise Development and Management. She has received honors such as the "Outstanding MBA Thesis Supervisor" and the "MBA Outstanding Teacher Award." She has provided management consulting services to several Chinese listed companies, including Wuchan Zhongda Group, Fufeng Group, and Guming Group. |
